I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist

working in North London.

Starting Therapy

Finding a therapist feels complicated when really it should be simple. Most importantly its about finding someone you feel yourself around.

To begin with, I offer a free twenty minute video call so we can speak about what is troubling you and get to know one another.

Therapy can feel like a mystery.

I believe therapy works because it leans into the fundamental human experience of connection. As your therapist, I am here to share in your experience, to notice the way you speak, what might be hard to approach and where you might be getting stuck.

I am are here to offer empathy and warmth, especially if you are struggling to offer it to yourself. But our work will also offer challenge, to look through new lenses, to point at things that might have become normal to you.

Friends and family can be a wonderful support but therapy allows you to truly express yourself without fear of judgement or worry for the other.

My name is Antonia, and I am an existential psychotherapist.

I offer weekly, one to one sessions for individuals on a medium to long term basis.

Based in Arsenal, I offer both in-person and online therapy, providing a warm, non-judgmental space for exploration and growth.

About me

How I Work

Existential psychotherapy is rooted in philosophy, exploring what it means to live as a unique person in a complex world.

Rather than treating the ‘symptoms’, like anxiety and depression we will consider your experiences, relationships, and personal context, helping you navigate life’s uncertainties with clarity and strength.

Therapy is a journey we take together, built on trust and openness. We will uncover patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, working through discomfort with curiosity.

While the process might be challenging, it will open the door to self-acceptance and growth.

Working Together

The first step in meeting is to send me a message here. Share a little about what you’re experiencing and what you’re looking for.

I will then organise a free introductory call for us to get to know each other.
